Who am I working with?

You will be working with one of Wilson Media's social media managers on a day to day basis. This will be your initial point of contact for all things related to your account.

How does billing and cancellation work?

Upon choosing a package, your first payment is due. After that, you will be automatically billed every 30 days to your credit card on file. If cancellation is required, you must contact Wilson Media to request cancellation. From there, we will service your business until the end of the billing cycle before logging out indefinitely.

What if I have a specific post or promotion?

Your account manager will be in regular contact with you. If you have a special event coming up, just let them know and they will help you share it with the world!

How will you answer questions?

Your business will be responsible for providing us with a point of contact. In the case of a comment or message. we. have uncertainty with, our social media manager will contact your business and seek an appropriate response. Over time, as we learn more and more, this procedure will happen less often.
